For this I simply increased the saturation of the image through hue/saturation. I then created an S shape line on the RGB of curves. I then added a new gradient map to a new layer at the top of the layer list and lowered the opacity. I then created an oval selection the size of the image, then selected inverse and selected the feather higher and filled it black. I then lowered the opacity.
